Prairie Box is designed with convenience for you in mind. That's why we've made it possible for you to order and manage your subscription from right inside your account.
As it's a meal subscription, meals will be delivered every week. This means you don't have to worry about where your meals are coming from! They'll be delivered by default on Sunday, however if you want to receive them on Mondays, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know.
You can also skip or cancel anytime. We'll explain how below:
How to Order
Each Everyday Meal costs $12.99
Once you've had a look and decided which meals work best for you, click "Get Started" and choose the number of meals you'll want each week from the drop-down and click "Select Choices". This will bring you to a menu page, where you can choose as many meals as you'll want.
Click the + sign beside the meals that you'd like to add them to your order. The page will show how many selections you've got remaining.
Once you've chosen all of your meals, click "Proceed to Checkout".
Fill in your delivery and payment info, and you're all set! Enjoy your Prairie Box meals that week!
How to Manage Your Account
You've placed your first order. Awesome!
Now how do you choose your meals and make changes to your account each week?
First, you'll need to check your email. We will have sent you an email to validate your account, so click the link and activate your account with us so you can log in!
Once you've activated your account, click "Log In' on the homepage of www.prairiebox.com. It's the middle button with the outline of a person for desktop users. For mobile users, it's the second button from the left on the top-right of the homepage.
Enter your account info, and you'll be inside the Account page.
You'll see a list of all of your orders on the left, as well as your account details on the right. On the right hand side, directly under your name is a link that says "Manage Subscription". Click that.
You'll see the subscription that you have with us, and an option to pause on the bottom right. If you pause your subscription, you will no longer be charged or receive any orders, however you will be able to unpause at any time. It's great if you know you'll be away for a few weeks, but don't want to cancel outright!
If you want even more control, click "More Details". This will pull up your entire account access, where you can change your address, delivery details, payment info, and manage your upcoming orders. Let's talk about managing upcoming orders. Click that link.
The first thing you'll notice is a list of all your upcoming orders, dated chronologically.
The Order Date on top of each is the day that your account is set to renew. NOTE: That is NOT your delivery date. Your delivery date is the Sunday or Monday AFTER that order date, provided it's Thursday or earlier. Any orders that go through on Friday and after will be for the following Sunday delivery.

At the top-right of each order screen, you'll see a link to "Skip Order". This allows you to skip any upcoming orders, so you won't be charged or receive meals.
Here's the best part: Making your selections.
Click "Make Your Selections" in the bottom of each Upcoming Orders page, and you'll be taken to a page just like the original Select Choices page. From there, you can choose your meal selections for each upcoming week.
